We operate a clear, reliable delivery schedule across the region. Delivery can take up to 7 days, with orders delivered on Thursdays. The order cut-off is 3pm the day before your area's scheduled delivery day.

We carefully select, cut, split, and season our timber so that every piece of wood is ready for efficient burning when it arrives. Our hardwood firewood is properly seasoned to help it burn hotter, cleaner, and for longer, producing less smoke and residue than unseasoned timber.

Each bin contains a minimum of around 90kg of split, seasoned hardwood. Each bin remains on loan to you for as long as you're using the wood.

Do I own the bin?
No, the bin is on loan to you while our services are engaged. See our Terms & Conditions for more details on the arrangement.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. Your first subscription or order includes the cost of the bin, When you no longer want to use the service, contact us will organise collection free of charge. Once our bin has been returned in good condition, we will refund the $60 deposit in full. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I have more than one bin at a time?
Most certainly! There are no limits to how many bins you can have at a time, however the fully refundable security deposit applies to each bin included in your service.
How long will it take to receive my delivery?
We endeavor to get your Firewood Bin delivered to you asap. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Orders are delivered on Thursdays. Your order must be placed by 3pm the day before the designated day or it will arrive the following week.
What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
That’s ok, just add notes in the “additional information” box at the time of booking with instructions as to where you would like your bin left, making sure to leave your empty bin out for us to collect. Where possible we will follow your instructions to the letter BUT the bin must be at the front of the property in clear sight with good access for our driver.
